As a bass player, the anticipation to witness Mr. Big live in action had been building up for years. Finally, on April 12th, at the Metropol in Berlin, that long-awaited moment unfolded into an unforgettable night of rock and roll.

The support act was also a nice surprise, with Jared James Nichols, but to tell the truth and for me, as a bass enthusiast, witnessing Billy Sheehan’s legendary performance was nothing short of awe-inspiring. His bass solos were a masterclass in technique and innovation, not to mention the Yamaha Custom Attitude Double Neck Bass: that thing is a monster!
