📀 Albums That Dominated

While many tours had a theme, the albums that consistently showed up most were:

  • The Number of the Beast (1982) – Nearly every show included The Number of the Beast, Hallowed Be Thy Name, and Run to the Hills.
  • Powerslave (1984) – A staple of Maiden’s golden era, with 2 Minutes to Midnight, Aces High, and Powerslave featured regularly.
  • Seventh Son of a Seventh Son (1988) – Represented with tracks like The Clairvoyant, Can I Play With Madness, Infinite Dreams (Huracán 2026), and Seventh Son….
  • Iron Maiden / Killers (1980–81) – Especially highlighted during all three “Run For Your Lives” shows (Berlin and two nights in Buenos Aires), which opened with Murders in the Rue Morgue, Wrathchild, Killers, and Phantom of the Opera.
  • Fear of the Dark (1992) – The title track is an eternal crowd favorite, present in every single one of these eight shows.

⚡ Final Thoughts

Each concert offered something unique: the vintage nostalgia of Somewhere Back in Time, the theatrical spectacle of Legacy of the Beast, the deep cuts of Future Past, and the raw energy of Run For Your Lives, which I got to see three times: first at the Waldbühne in Berlin, and then two nights in a row back home at Estadio Huracán in Buenos Aires.

It’s been a journey through eras, riffs, and unforgettable choruses. Up the Irons! 🤘
